This is a great way to relax during exam periods, take whatever boat
you are comfortable in - we will paddle up to Prebends Bridge and possibly play
some games once we're there.
You should be comfortable paddling that distance (and back) at a leisurely
pace. Meet at the boathouse at 4:30, we should be off the water by about 6:30.
Note: Different time this week
Is it river water or did I just have a little cry?
Join me and Noah after our AMV exam for some polo, because who needs to be able to solve IN/IN PDEs when you can throw a ball. Everyone welcome as long as your comfortable in a polo boat :)

We take
polo boats and spraydecks for these sessions. These are tippier than river
boats and if you aren't comfortable in one then come on Wednesday instead. Any
questions ask Josh.
Slightly later than normal this week, if you would prefer it to be earlier let Madeline/Josh know.

Come along for a beginner friendly polo session, this time open to all! No previous polo experience required - just be comfortable in a boat! A really good way to get involved and learn/practice some of the basics.
If the river isn't too fast then we'll get out the goal and do some games involving shooting.
Make sure to bring lots of warm layers and a change of clothes for afterwards.

THE
WEDNESDAY WARRIORS RETURN AT MC 13:30-15:00
The
usual Wednesday session! Open to beginners and is simply a really chill couple
hours on the River Wear. If you want to get into kayaking or simply have a fun
afternoon on the river this is probably the session for you!
Please
bring a fleece to wear on the water, spare shoes, plenty of spare clothes and a
towel. It is best not to wear jeans on the water since these shrink when wet.
See
you there!
