DUCC is a very welcoming and friendly club and we look forward to meeting you at a taster session!
Please bring: A towel and complete change of clothes (including shoes). It is best to wear quick-drying clothes (definitely not cotton or jeans) in the boat (even if you don't intend on going in the river you may still get dripped on!).
(Please check this page and our website the day of your session just in case the weather causes us to postpone the session.)
Any questions ask us on Facebook or email [email protected] :)
-------------------------------------------
How do I get there?
Check the instructions on the 'about' section of our website.
What do I bring?
Where possible, please arrive in clothing that you will be paddling in (to avoid time spent inside the boathouse getting changed).
Please wear: Non-cotton clothing eg. a running top and legging- preferably lots of layers
Also bring: A towel, a face mask, hand sanitiser. Also a complete change of clothes (you may get damp) including shoes.
We will supply you with: Wetsuit (if required- but preferably bring your own clothing), waterproof jacket (but preferably bring your own), buoyancy aid, helmet, paddle, boat.

This session is designed specifically to welcome any experienced paddlers back onto the water. Nothing specific planned, it would just be nice to see everyone again. Max 8 paddlers but if loads of people want to come we can maybe create two groups!
