Basic polo drills on the river wear!
Aimed to intermediate/competent paddlers, however no canoe polo experience is necessary. Aim to be on the water quickly with the potential for a 10-minute break halfway through so bring a snack as well as the usual towel and change of clothes.
NOTE - These sessions will be dark, and cold, and potentially quite miserable depending on how many alarms I missed that morning. Swimming at this time will likely lead to filling out paperwork because of the cold. As such, these sessions are exclusively reserved for club members who have either been to a morning session previously, or have been told by the exec that they are suitable. If you're in doubt, ask Joe/Sarah.
7.15 start. Don't be stood around waiting.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Morning fitness resumes! Meet at the boathouse for 7.15am, off the water and dry-ish by 8.30am. Bring gear that will keep you warm! And DEFINITELY bring spare clothes and a towel.
Small number of places for this session at post, but if more leaders are present this will change. If you're for some reason desperate to be out of bed super early on a Monday morning, keep an eye on this page.
Cost - £6
