the pool (Sports clothes or a swimming costume with shorts/leggings and a
sports top work well) as well as a change of clothes for afterwards.
When you sign up could you please add a comment saying either
'Rolling' or 'Polo' depending on what you are intending to do at the pool

This term rolling will only be an option every two weeks so sign up so you don't miss out!
From now on rolling will only go ahead if a minimum of 4 people sign up due to leader availability. If by Thursday at 7pm four people haven't signed up, the spots will most likely be re opened up for polo players (you can still play polo if you don't know how to roll yet!)

also welcome for a price of £7.

THE
WEDNESDAY WARRIORS RETURN AT MC 13:30-15:00
Welcome back, I hope everyone had a nice holiday :) I'm sure you've missed kayaking, so sign up to the chill paddle!!!
The
usual Wednesday session! Open to beginners and is simply a really chill couple
hours on the River Wear. If you want to get into kayaking or simply have a fun
afternoon on the river this is probably the session for you!
Please
bring a fleece to wear on the water, spare shoes, plenty of spare clothes and a
towel. It is best not to wear jeans on the water since these shrink when wet.
See
you there!
Bring a water bottle. If you'd like to bring a speaker, please do.
Calling all female kayakers!
We are having a chill, relaxed social at the 'kayaking house' (Charlotte, Erica and Roisin)s' house. Starts at 6:30pm where we will be having a pizza night and chat abut all things kayaking!
Message Charlotte Fife (via facebook messenger, or the instagram: DurhamUniversityCanoe)
for the address and interest to be signed up - (Charlotte will sign you up on here herself once she gets dietary requirements etc)
If you live far out there are options for lifts home etc!
Swipe along the Instragram post for more info too!
