Some chill canoe polo training on the River Wear. Aiming to work on improving overall skills and development. If there's any specific drills you'd like to do, let me know!
For those who competed for the team at BUCS or those just wanting to give the sport a try! Beginners are welcome :)
You can go in either a polo boat or a normal boat if you are new to the sport. (If you don't know what polo is it's like basketball meets kayaking).
Bring a fleece, a spare change of clothes, and a towel!! Any updates on the session will be posted in the Socials messenger groupchat or on Facebook.
Any questions, drop either Laura G a message or the DUCC exec x
