Whatever the first letter of your name is, dress up as something that starts with that letter.
It’s as simple as that.
A session led by Ryan (a pro at ergs) on how to improve your erging technique.
This session is for complete beginners to erging (the best first session to go to!) as well as those who have been erging for a while but want some tips on their technique or to improve, and everyone in between.
Erging is very useful to improve your paddling technique which will help you paddle faster and for longer distances. It is useful for all specialisms including canoe polo, racing and white water. Even if you usually only go to Wednesday chill paddles but want to try out some erg sessions, come along!
This is possibly a one off session (depending on interest) so definitely don't miss your chance to make use of Ryan's expertise!
If you don't know where the rowing tank is, you can be collected from Maiden Castle reception.
Please meet at 4pm on Wednesday 25th February- perfect for after a Wednesday chill paddle! (Will end with lots of time for you to get ready for the social)
Any questions please ask in the groupchat, Maddie or Ryan. (Can also pass questions onto Ryan if you can't find him)
Another chill paddle and games on the Wear. Meet at the boathouse at 13:30, we'll finish at 15:00.
Everyone welcome even if you’ve never been in a kayak before.
Any question message Devon (Vice-Captain).
