KN (the team Paul plays for) run weekly 2 hour training sessions in Newcastle on Tuesday evenings.
Meet at the boathouse at 16:15, back for around 21:00.
We are taking a car next week (5th May).
Only 9 spots.
Sessions cost £3pp (paid to KN) plus fuel (just under £5pp with 5 people, will decrease as more people sign up).
Unfortunately they currently don't have goals, so will be a training focused session, however they have some really good players and it is flat water so any training will be very valuable. If there is anything specific you would like to work on message Maddie.

A day trip to the tees barrage whitewater course, because revision is faff.
Open to those with general whitewater competency, please ask if unsure
Cost is £18 (paid straight to barrage) + fuel.
Bookings are done on the barrage website, please do not book yourself a slot until you have signed up here.
