Johns Taster Session
Fancy trying something new at University? DU Canoe Club is holding
a taster sessions for members of John’s
College on the 11th March at Dolphin Centre in Darlington; so
whether you’ve tried kayaking before or you’re a complete beginner, why not
come along and see what we’ve got to offer? You'll be taught the basic paddle
strokes and then we'll play some games to practice your new skills.
All transport and equipment is provided. Just meet us outside John’s at 7.45pm and we’ll drive you to the session and drop you back their afterwards. Since the session is indoors all you need to bring is swimming stuff, a t-shirt and a towel. The session will cost £5 to cover the pool fees and petrol. Session times are posted in the event description above.
Spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis; 9 are available.
