Event details:
Time for another BUCS event. This time it's paddling down a river as fast as you can!
BUCS white water race is held on the river Washburn in Yorkshire. Like with slalom, you can enter in kayak, C1 or C2. There are 2 races: a sprint down a fairly short section and a longer 20 minute marathon type thing.Â
Again, you don't have to be the best paddler to give it a shot, but we'd like you to have done a bit of white water/river paddling beforehand. Any questions, shoot the exec a message.
