Event details:
Free taster sessions for anyone who wants to have a go at kayaking, we will go for a paddle on the river Wear at Maiden Castle playing lots of games and giving some basic instruction of how to paddle for anyone who needs it. Once we are off the water there will be cakes and hot chocolate available for everyone. Make sure you are wearing stuff you don't mind getting a bit wet in, bring a change of clothes and a towel with you for after.
