Event details:

Must be able to comfortably paddle a wavehopper or racing boat.
Session will be 56 minute pyramid:
8 x 30s on 30s off
4 x 1 min on 1 min off
2 x 2 min on 1 min off
1 x 4 min on 2 min off
Then back down.
