KN (the team Paul plays for) run weekly 2 hour training sessions in Newcastle on Tuesday evenings.
Meet at the boathouse at 16:15, back and unloaded by 22:00.
Sessions cost £3pp (paid to KN) plus fuel (just under £5pp with 5 people, will decrease as more people sign up).
