Interested in canoe polo? Want to learn the basics? Don’t know the rules? Want a refresher?
Then this is the session for you!
Meet at 19:45, if you don't where the tank room is, meet at Maiden castle reception and message when you arrive and I'll come get you.
We will do a erg session combined with some throwing and getting used to polo balls.
We might also go over some basic rules in polo and things you might hear on the pitch/attacking and defensive plays.
Anyone is welcome (newcomers encouraged!)
Also a chance to ask any questions about polo.
Any questions please ask Maddie or on the general or canoe polo chat.
Session will end around 21:00, please bring a water bottle
Note: Session will be similar to Monday morning but will always be slightly different- you are welcome to come to both :)
