Sarah's new and improved Monday Morning Fitness!
After a brief hiatus due to some severe sleep deprivation on my part, morning fitness is back baby!!! And at
the new and improved time of 8-9 so there’s no more waking up at the crack of
dawn. See you all there!
Meet at the boathouse for 8am, off the water by 9am. Sometimes these will be super intense sprint sessions, other times it will be chill skills-based workouts. Each Monday brings a new plan and a new start. Bring gear that will keep you warm! And DEFINITELY bring spare clothes and a towel.
