Fitness Fridays!

07:00-08:30

Basic fitness sessions out on the water - specifics depend on the weather/participants/how grumpy Martin or Laura is. 

For the slightly more experienced paddlers - just don't swim! Ask the exec if you're unsure about your skill level for this.

7am at the boathouse, done by 8.30am in plenty of time for lectures.
